摘　　要：文章列举了患者隐私权的保护范围及患者隐私侵权的主要形式,剖析了医院侵犯患者隐私权的成因,重点从医院的规章制度、医疗服务设施和服务理念、医务人员的法律意识及隐私立法等方面提出保护患者隐私权的对策和建议。The scope of protecting patients＇right of privacy and main forms of invading the right of privacy were studied.Then,the causes of patients＇right of privacy being invaded by hospitals were analyzed.Based on which,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to protect patients＇right of privacy,including aspects of hospitals＇management rule,medical services facilities,medical services concept,medical professionals＇legal consciousness,and legislation on privacy.
