摘　　要：目的:了解沿海发达地区农民工对于医疗保障的需求,为农民工医疗保障政策的制定及实施提供依据。方法:采用多阶段随机抽样、系统抽样相结合的方法对温州1036名农民工进行问卷调查。结果:农民工存在健康状况不佳,卫生服务利用不足,医疗保险参保意识不足,参保意愿低,参保率低的情况。结论:应进一步完善农民工医疗保障政策的制定及实施,加强农民工医疗保障政策宣传,从而提高农民工参保意识,改善其医疗保障及医疗服务利用现状,满足农民工的健康需求。Objective： To understand the present situation and demands for health care of migrant workers in developed coastal area,providing guidance to the policy making and implementation of migrant workers＇ health care policy.Method： 1036 migrant workers were surveyed using multi-stage random sampling and systematic sampling methods.Results： migrant workers were in a state of poor health,had insufficient use of health services,had weak consciousness of joining health insurance,and had low participation rate of health insurance.Conclusions： The government should improve the policy making and implementation of migrant workers＇ health care policy,intensify propagation of the policy and raise the migrant workers＇ consciousness of health insurance to improve their medical care and utilization of health services,thus to meet health care needs of migrant workers.
