摘　　要：目的:通过对样本地区的调查,对农村计划生育/生殖健康适宜技术推广应用长效机制的建设进行探讨。方法:通过自行设计的问卷以及访谈的方法对样本地区计生机构的技术人员进行调查。结果:目前,各样本地区对计划生育/生殖健康适宜技术推广应用的长效机制缺乏深入理解;计生适宜技术的更新机制有待进一步探索;技术的学习与培训欠缺可持续性;技术使用缺乏可操作的激励机制。结论:应该建立和完善计生适宜技术的更新机制;将适宜技术引进与加强基层计生队伍建设相结合,保证适宜技术培训的有效性和可持续性。Objective To discuss the construction of long-term mechanism of popularizing the feasible techniques of rural family planning/reproductive health.Methods The professionals in sampling areas were surveyed with in-depth interview and self-made questionnaires.Results The long-term mechanism of popularizing the feasible techniques did not been understood in sample areas presently.The mechanism of renewing the technology needs to be further explored.Training of the technology was not sustainable.And there had no suitable incentive mechanism for applying the technology.Conclusion The updating mechanism should be established and improved.The introduction of feasible techniques should be combined with the construction of grass-roots professional team,which can ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of training of feasible techniques.
