摘　　要：目的:分析德州市农村防保机构不同运作模式的运行效果及业务开展现状,提出适合当地农村发展的基层防保机构运作模式的建议。方法:对德州市辖区内的154所农村乡镇防保机构的普查数据进行分析。结果:德州农村防保站目前有4种运作模式,其中模式二的运行效益及业务开展情况明显优于其他3种。建议:模式二比较适合当地农村公共卫生事业发展。Objective To analyze the status of operation mode of disease prevention institutions in rural Dezhou,and put forward suggestion for its further development.Methods Census data from 154 institutions of disease prevention in rural Dezhou was analyzed.Results There had four operation modes of disease prevention in rural Dezhou,in which the second mode was the best.Conclusion The second mode of disease prevention is more suitable for the development of local rural public health.
