摘  要:在工业生产过程中,为了节约能源,通常采用多个电机共用一条直流母线的结构,回收并利用电机运行在第2或第4象限处在制动发电状态所再生的电能。首先分析了多电机共直流母线交流传动节能系统工作原理,根据制动状态电机回馈总能量大于耗能状态电机耗电总能量的处理方式不同,对多电机共直流母线交流传动节能系统的结构进行分类,分析各种结构的性能,指出其适用场合。最后给出一种新的多电机共直流母线协调调度节能的结构,仿真结果验证了该结构的可行性,与其他结构相比具有减小直流母线电压波动、减少充放电次数、降低系统成本等优点。In the process of industrial production, in order to save the energy, usually a common DC bus multi-motor structure is used to recycle and utilize the electrical power generated by the motors, which is run- ning in the second or fourth quadrant, work in the braking generation state. Firstly, the energy saving principle of the common DC bus multi-motor AC drive system was analyzed. And secondly, the control structure of common DC bus multi-motor AC drive system was categorized according to the different processing methods for the feedback electrical energy. At the same time, the performance of each system structure was analyzed and the applicable situation was pointed out. Finally,a new scheduling and coordinating energy-saving system structure for common DC bus multi-motors was proposed. Simulation results show that this structure is effect for com- mon DC bus multi-motor AC drive energy-saving system and has advantages over other structures.
