摘　　要：文章对构建高校图书馆文献信息服务平台的现状进行了分析,指出存在的问题,提出了构建高校图书馆文献信息服务平台的建议,认为应从技术支撑、内容建设和法律规范等方面加以完善。To construct the the existing problems of university gestion, mainly from the technical university library library, and put support, content document information services platform are analyzed, and pointed out forward the construction of literature information service platform sugconstruction and legal norms aspects.
