县域科技与经济协调性评价研究——以江苏省泗阳县为例

摘　　要：经济促进科技进步,科技又为经济发展提供动力,两者的协调度在区域经济的平稳健康发展中起着重要的作用。论文以泗阳县为例,在建立协调度评判指标体系的基础上,构建县域科技与经济协调发展评价模型。实证表明,泗阳县科技与经济协调发展度逐年提高,科技发展逐渐超越该县经济发展,虽然2009年泗阳县科技与经济首次处于良好协调发展水平,但相对于科技而言,泗阳县的经济发展水平仍显滞后。Economy can promote the advance of science and technology, the latter also provides the motive power for eco- nomic growth. The coordination between them plays an important role in stable and healthy development in regional econo- my. The paper takes Siyang county as sample, on the base of constructing coordination assessing index system and model. The demonstration indicates that the coordination development degree is increasing in recent years. The development of sci- ence and technology has surpassed that of economy. Although the coordination between science and technology and economy is on the more coordination development level, the level of its economy development still lags behind that of science and technology.
