摘　　要：国际科技合作的深入发展对农业科技国际合作管理提出了新的要求。在分析我国农业科技国际合作目的、内容和形式等转变以及当前农业科技国际合作管理现状基础上,提出新形势下国际科技合作交流管理的职能与目标以及要把握的国际合作交流管理的关键环节。The development of international scientific and technological cooperation has proposed new requirements for in- ternational agricultural scientific and technological cooperation management. Based on the analysis of purpose, content and form conversion and present situation of international agricultural scientific and technological cooperation, we put forward functions and purposes of international agricultural scientific and technological cooperation and key point of management un- der the new situation
