摘　　要：随着经济高速发展和人口的不断增长,环渤海地区的水资源供需矛盾日益突出。在分析区域水资源开发利用管理存在问题的基础上,提出应采用节水、调水、海水利用、产业结构调整、水资源需求管理等措施,加强对水资源的科学合理开发利用,切实保障环渤海地区的水资源安全,促进区域经济社会和生态环境的可持续发展。With the rapid economic development and population growth,the Bohai rim region water resources supply and demand contradiction is increasingly outstanding.In the analysis of existence question on regional water resources development and utilization,it proposed that water saving,water diversion,seawater utilization,adjustment of industrial structure and water resources demand management measures should be adopted to strengthen water resources science reasonable development and utilization,cogent safeguard of water resources safety in Bohai rim and stimulate region economy society and ecological environment sustainable development.
