摘　　要：2011年春季,我国冬麦主产区一度发生严重干旱,在党中央、国务院的坚强领导下,中央和地方各级政府相继出台了多项强农惠农政策,各级各部门和旱区广大干部群众全力投入抗旱减灾,最终夺取了冬麦区抗旱工作的重大胜利,为冬小麦再夺丰收奠定了坚实基础。虽然在做好抗旱工作方面积累了很多成功经验,但也暴露出了一些突出问题,需要我们认真反思并加以解决。In the spring of 2011,China＇s winter wheat advocate produce a division was a severe drought.Under the strong leadership of the Party Central Committee and the State Council,central and local levels of government have issued a number of policy for agriculture,departments at all levels and in broad cadre masses into full drought mitigation,finally captured the winter wheat drought triumph for winter wheat to seize a bumper harvest again laid a solid foundation.Although in the fight against drought much successful experience has accumulated,some problems that need us to think over seriously and try to solve were exposed.
