祁州漏芦不同溶剂提取物抗氧化活性的比较研究

摘　　要：研究祁州漏芦的体外抗氧化活性。以高铁还原力法检测总抗氧化能力,以水杨酸法检测羟自由基(.OH)清除率,以硫代巴比妥酸(TBA)法测定H2O2和Fe2+诱导的肝匀浆丙二醛(MDA)生成量。结果表明,漏芦不同溶剂提取物均具有较强的总抗氧化能力和清除羟自由基能力,可抑制H2O2和Fe2+诱导的肝匀浆脂质过氧化的发生,且呈剂量依赖性。其中,漏芦正丁醇萃取物(RUBF)的抗氧化活性高于水萃取物(RUAF)。因此,祁州漏芦具有体外抗氧化活性。The antioxidative effect of Rhaponticum uniflorum was investigated in vitro.The total antioxidant activity was determined by ferric reducing method,the scavenging acitivity on ·OH was determined by salicylic acid method,and the malonyldialdehide（MDA） content of H2O2-or Fe2＋-induced liver mitochondria was detected by thiobarbituric acid（TBA） method.The result showed that the extracts of Rhaponticum uniflorum concentration-dependently enhanced the total antioxidant capacity,increased the scavenging acitivity on hydroxyl free radical,and inhibited the lipid peroxidation of liver mitochondria induced with H2O2 or Fe2＋.The butanol-soluble fraction of Rhaponticum uniflorum（RUBF） had a higher antixidative activities than the aueous frantion of Rhaponticum uniflorum（RUBF）.It is suggested that Rhaponticum uniflorum has the antioxidative effect in vitro.
