某家具厂噪声作业工人心血管系统功能调查分析

摘　　要：目的通过对某家具厂噪声作业工人的心血管功能指标测定,了解噪声与心血管疾病患病率之间的关系。方法采用横断面调查方法,以某家具厂噪声作业工龄1年以上的197名工人作为接触组,以该厂非噪声工作者200名工人作为对照组。通过测定环境噪声暴露水平与工人体检,探讨环境噪声与工人的血压、心电图异常患病率的关系。结果接触露组高血压患病率与心电图异常率均高于对照组(均P<0.05),且高血压患病率跟累积噪声暴露量有剂量-反应关系(P<0.05)。结论噪声可以对心血管功能产生损害。[Objective]To understand the relationship between noise and cardiovascular disease prevalence through determination of cardiovascular function indicators of workers in a furniture factory.[Methods]The cross-sectional method was adopted to investigate 197 noise exposed workers with 1 year service length in furniture factory,anther 200 workers without noise exposure as control group.The relationship between environmental noise and blood pressures of workers,prevalence of ECG abnormalities was explored through determination of environmental noise exposure level and physical examination of workers.[Results]Prevalence rate of hypertension and ECG abnormality of exposure group were significantly higher than those of the control group（both P0.05）,prevalence of hypertension presented dose-response relation with the cumulative noise exposure.[Conclusion]Noise exposure can cause harm to the cardiovascular function.
