摘　　要：目的了解入伍新兵人群中C群流行性脑脊髓膜炎(简称流脑)IgG抗体的流行分布情况,为今后预防提供科学依据。方法采用血清流行病学调查方法,利用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)技术,对北京军区近4年来自7个省市的360名入伍新兵血清进行了C群流脑IgG抗体检测,统计分析其阳性率。结果发现各年间入伍新兵血清中C群流脑IgG抗体历年间呈显著增高变化,为41.33%-74.07%,平均55.56%;抗体含量为0.173-77.655μg/m l,平均(4.766±8.396)μg/m l;地区间差别显著,河南省(74.07%)、湖北省(65.00%)和山东省(60.00%)较高,北京市(41.33%)和浙江省(42.22%)较低;入伍前工作与否,抗体阳性检出率无显著性差别;其差别的主要原因可能与各地区疫苗接种率、隐性感染和接种时间长短有关。结论入伍新兵人群中C群流脑IgG抗体阳性率为41.33%-74.07%,并有显著性地区差异,阳性率明显低于75%警戒线,应引起高度重视,防止C群流脑在部队人群中暴发流行;抗体平均含量为(4.766±8.396)μg/m l,所以,应在新兵入伍期间,采取预防接种、健康教育等有效预防措施。[Objective]To learn the distribution of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis（serogroup C） antibody IgG among recruits,provide the scientific evidence for further prevention and control of the disease.[Methods]The seroepidemiology was applied,360 recruits who came from 7 provinces in the past four years in Beijing military area were colleted,the levels of antibody IgG against epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis（serogroup C） were tested by Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay（ELISA）,and the positive rate was analyzed statistically.[Results]The positive rate of antibody IgG against epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis（serogroup C） among recruits significantly increased year by year,which ranged from 41.33% to 70.07% with the average value of 55.56%.The content of antibody ranged from 0.173μg/ml to 77.655μg/ml with the average value of（4.766±8.396） μg/ml.There existed obvious regional difference,the positive rate of recruits from Henan（74.07%）,Hubei（65.00%） and Shandong（60.00%） was high,and that of recruits from Beijing（41.33%） and Zhejiang（42.22%） was low.The main reason for the difference might be related to the vaccination rate,inapparent infection and vaccination time in different regions.There was no significant difference in positive rate between recruits who had a job and did not have a job before recruitment.[Conclusion]The positive rate of antibody IgG against epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis（serogroup C） among recruits ranged from 41.33% to 70.07%,and there existed obvious regional difference.The positive rate was significantly lower than the warning limits of 75%,which should draw great attention,in order to prevent the outbreak of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis serogroup C in troops.The average content of antibody was（4.766±8.396） μg/ml,so the effective control measures which included vaccination and health education should be conducted among recruits.
