摘　　要：目的分析麻疹疫苗强化免疫的经济效益,为2012年实施麻疹消除策略提供科学依据。方法采用成本-效益分析方法分析麻疹疫苗强化免疫的经济和社会效益。结果 2009年麻疹疫苗强化免疫后与2007和2008年相比,每投入成本1万元可减少3.3个和1.7个麻疹病例,可产出2.57万元和1.35万元的效益。结论麻疹疫苗强化免疫可产生巨大的经济效益和社会效益。[Objective]To analyze the economic benefit of measles supplemental immunization,provide a scientific basis for implementation of the measles elimination strategy by 2012.[Methods]The cost-benefit analysis was used to analyze the economic and social benefits of measles supplemental immunization.[Results]After measles supplemental immunization in 2009,per 10 000 Yuan can reduced 3.3 and 1.7 cases of measles as compared with 2007 and 2008,and it can produce the economic benefit of 25 700 Yuan and 17 000 Yuan respectively.[Conclusion]Measles supplemental immunization can produce enormous economic and social benefits.
