摘 要:为了合理确定压裂泵注参数,以提高煤储层导流能力和煤层气产气量,根据目前煤储层特点,建立了影响煤储层支撑剂评价体系,应用多层次模糊综合评价方法建立了支撑剂优选系统;对压裂液性能、配伍性等性质参数对比,建立了压裂液优选系统;根据压裂的地质和工程影响因素,对不同水力压裂施工参数分类,建立了不同储层渗透率下的泵注参数优化系统。这一系统成功地应用于指导沁水盆地潘庄区块煤层气垂直井的现场水力压裂施工设计。The rational fracturing and injection parameters would be the key to improve the flow capacity of the coal reservoir,to save the cost and to improve the gas production of the coal bed methane.According to the present features of the coal reservoir,an evaluation system of the coal reservoir propping agent was established and the multi level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to set up the optimization system of the propping agent.With the comparison on the fracturing liquid performances,the compatibility and other feature parameters,an optimized system of the fracturing liquid was established.According to the fracturing geology and engineering influence factors,different hydraulic pressurized fracturing parameters were classified and the optimized system of the injection parameter under the different reservoir permeability was established.The system was successfully applied to guide the design of the site hydraulic fracturing operation for the coal bed methane well in Panzhuang Block of Qinshui Basin.
