摘  要:目的识别多效蒸发法回收利用废盐酸建设项目的职业病危害因素并进行分析评价,以确定防治重点和防治措施。方法采用类比调查和检测、职业健康检查等方法对多效蒸发法回收利用废盐酸建设项目进行评价。结果 该多效蒸发法回收利用废盐酸建设项目的选址与总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施、个人使用的防护用品、职业卫生管理、卫生辅助设置等符合《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》等法律法规规定;该多效蒸发法回收利用废盐酸建设项目在生产过程中可能会产生氯气、氯化氢、三氯化铁、噪声、高温、工频电磁场等职业病危害因素,其中氯气、氯化氢浓度符合卫生标准,噪声强度符合卫生标准。结论该多效蒸发法回收利用废盐酸建设项目的职业病危害控制措施可行、有效。[Objective]To identify and evaluate the occupational hazards in a waste hydrochloric acid recycling project by multi-effect evaporation method,so as to determine the emphases of prevention and control measures. [Methods]Analogy investigation and inspection,occupational health examination,etc,were adopted to evaluate the waste hydrochloric acid recycling project by multi-effect evaporation method. [Results]This project is in conformity with "Law of the Peoples Republic of China on Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases" and other laws and regulations in the site selection and the overall layout,production equipment layout,occupational disease prevention facilities,personal protective articles,occupational health management,health auxiliary settings.The process of production might generate chlorine,hydrogen chloride,ferric chloride,noise,heat,frequency electromagnetic fields and other occupational hazards,among which,chlorine and hydrogen concentrations conformed to the hygiene standards,as well as noise intensity. [Conclusion]The occupational disease control measures of this project are feasible and effective.
