摘  要:目的建立应用分光光度法测定饮用纯净水中氯化物的方法。方法水中的氯离子与硫氰酸汞反应,交换出的硫氰酸根离子与三价铁离子反应,生成红色的硫氰酸铁络合物,比色定量。结果 在0~10.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,符合朗伯-比尔定理,相关系数0.999 7,回归方程Y=0.454X+0.768,最小检出限0.20mg/L,相对标准偏差为3.85%,加标回归率95.30%~107.63%。结论该方法灵敏度高,准确度,重现性好,适合饮用纯净水中氯化物的测定。[Objective]To establish a method for determination of chloride in pure drinking water by mercuricthiocyanate spectrophotometry. [Methods]chloride ion and thiocyanate mercury reacted in water and exchanged out of thiocyanate and trivalent iron to form the red iron thiocyanate complex,then colorimetric determination performed quantitatively. [Results]The method had good linearity at the range of 0~10.0 mg / L,in accordance with Lambert-Bill theorem,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 7,regression equation Y=0.454 X+0.768,the minimum detection limit was 0.20 mg / L,the relative deviation was 3.85%,the recoveries were 95.30%~107.63 %. [Conclusion]The method is sensitive,accurate,reproducible and suitable for determination of chloride in pure drinking water.
