摘　　要：目的分析2008—2010年广州市海珠区托幼机构消毒卫生监测情况,为托幼机构卫生管理和卫生保健提供科学依据。方法依照《消毒管理办法》、《医院消毒卫生标准》、《消毒技术规范》和《广东省医疗机构、托幼机构消毒质量监测技术方案》,对全区496家幼儿园2008—2010年的监测资料进行分析。结果 调查采集样本12 375份,合格10 606份,合格率85.71%。使用中消毒剂合格率最高,紫外线辐照强度最低,差异有统计学意义。结论应不断加强托幼机构消毒卫生质量,保证儿童身心的健康成长。[Objective]To analyze the surveillance status of disinfection in nurseries and kindergartens in Haizhu district of Guangzhou city from 2008 to 2010,provide the scientific basis for health management of nurseries and kindergartens. [Methods]According to the Regulation on disinfection management,Hygienic standard for disinfection in hospitals,Technical standard for disinfection and Guangdong technical scheme for disinfection quality monitoring in medical institutions and kindergartens,the monitoring data of 496 kindergartens in Haizhu district from 2008 to 2010 were analyzed. [Results]Among 12 375 samples,10 606 were qualified with the qualified rate of 85.71%.The qualified rate of in-use disinfectants was the highest,that of ultraviolet radiation intensity was the lowest,and the difference was statistically significant. [Conclusion]In order to ensure the healthy growth of children,it is necessary to strengthen the disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens.
