摘 要:以丙烯腈改性淀粉为分散剂,苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为单体,丙烯酰胺(AM)为交联单体,甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯(DM)为阳离子单体,甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(FM)为功能单体,过硫酸钾(K2S2O8)为引发剂,采用无皂乳液聚合技术合成了一种阳离子含氟表面施胶剂。最佳合成工艺是:w(腈基淀粉)=8%,w(FM)=0.3%,w(DM)=0.9%,w(AM)=3%,w(K2S2O8)=0.5%,m(St):m(BA)=2.5。并对施胶纸张各种性能做了测试,与同等条件下未含氟表面施胶剂相比,纸张的施胶度和抗张强度提高明显。The surface sizing agent was synthesized through free radical polymerization, by using acrylonitrile modified starch as a dispersant, styrene(St) and butyl acrylate(BA) as monomers, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate(DM) as cationic monomer, acrylamide (AM) as cross-linking monomer, and dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate(FM) as functional monomer. Ihe effects of oxidant, initiator and monomers on surface sizing were studied.q-he optimum synthesis conditions are as follows: the dosage of modified starch being 8%, FM being 0.3%, DM being 0.90/0, AM being 3%, K2S2O8 being 0.5%, and m(St):m(BA) dosage being 2.5. And through testing the properties of papers, the size effect of modified starch graft copolymerization latex is better than that of the same condition of product without FM, particularly the size degree and the tensile strength of paper could improve obviously.
