摘 要:以2个茎秆强度不同的自交系82-3和W 1为基础材料,通过杂交与自交,对双亲、F1及F2等不同群体株高、穗位高、茎秆强度等植株性状进行田间调查和遗传分析.结果表明,双亲及其杂交后代各性状差异明显,与W 1相比,亲本82-3表现株矮、穗位低,但根系差,茎秆强度也低;杂种F1除穗位节的节间强度表现负向杂种优势外,其它性状均表现正向杂种优势,尤其次生根层数超亲优势率达50%,而F2代各性状明显衰退;在所调查的性状中,不同世代变异性各异,F1表现高度一致,而F2分离严重,部分性状出现超亲分离,同一世代不同性状之间以株高变异性最小,其次是地上第3节间强度;株高、穗位高和地上第3节间强度的遗传力均在75%以上,而叶绿素含量最低,小于17%.Studies were conducted on plant traits of parents,F1 and F2 generations composed by inbred lines "82-3" and W1,proving to have contrasting values for plant height,ear height and stalk stregth etc.The results showed that the parents and their F1,F2 generations appeared different in investigated traits,compared with W1,the inbreed line 82-3 was lower in plant height and ear height,holding less root layers and weaker stalk stregth.F1 had positive heterosis(except for the ear internode strength) especially for root layers performing heterosis over better parent of 50%,but obviously weakened in F2 generation.Among the traits investigated,the variance varied with generations,the F1 population exhibited highly uniform,while F2 population greatly segregated and some traits appeared over parents segregation,plant height had the lowest coefficient of variation followed by the 3rd internode strength above ground(3rd ISAG) among traits in the same generation.The h2B of plant height,ear height and 3rd ISAG were all above 75%,while that of chlorophill content lowest(17%).
