摘  要:提出了一种用于求解非扫描式光学SPR共振反射光谱信号的共振像素位点的最小二乘法多项式拟合方法,最大限度地提高信噪比.描述了滑动平均值滤波、多项式数据拟合方法的原理和共振反射光谱最低点的质心算法.采用体积分数为13%,14%,16%,17%,18%,19%的乙醇溶液进行试验验证.结果表明,多项式拟合算法对光功率变化等环境因素所引起的噪声具有很好的抑制作用,相关系数为-0.985 2,灵敏度为959.60.This paper proposes a novel design method of optical surface plasmon resonance biosensor in which a laser linear generator was used as a light source of the bioanalyzer,suggesting under appropriate assumptions,an optimal analysis fitting method derived for measuring biomolecular interaction parameters,and a centroid arithmetic for calculating the resonance dip position of a reflected spectra for an decrease in signal to noise ratio.A series of experiments were designed to validate the performance of the optical biosensor using different volume fraction ethanol.In a certain range of volume fraction ethanol,we process the data by polynomial fit and conclude that there is a linear relationchip between the concentration of ethanol and optical response dip of optical SPR.The correlation coefficient is-0.985 2 and sensitivity is 959.60(resonance pixels position per volume fraction ethanol),suggesting that the fitting algorithm is insensitive to optical power and surrounded factors correlated noise/drift.
