摘  要:观赏桃种质资源丰富,遗传背景复杂,使用SSR标记进行鉴定评价,以期为观赏桃亲缘关系研究提供借鉴。以34份观赏桃品种、7份桃的近缘种和1份毛桃共42份种质为试材,利用16对位于李属植物参考图谱上的SSR标记进行观赏桃亲缘关系研究。结果表明,筛选出的16对SSR引物共扩增出124个清晰条带,多态性条带百分率为87.99%;16对SSR引物均呈单位点扩增模式,平均每个位点扩增等位基因数为7.75。UPGMA聚类分析结果表明,在相似系数0.82时,大部分观赏桃供试品种聚为2大类:第Ⅰ类有12个品种,全部为碧桃;第Ⅱ类包括9个碧桃品种、5个垂枝桃品种、3个寿星桃品种,且所有垂枝桃品种在聚类图中邻接。其余5个观赏桃品种,菊花桃、黄金美丽、红花柱形桃、白花柱形桃、粉花柱形桃聚于这2大类的外侧,且3个具有柱形特征的品种邻接成一类。Ornamental peach,with great diversity of germplasm,have very complex genetic background.Identification and evaluation of ornamental peach by SSR marker would be useful to discover the genetic relationship.A collection of 34 ornamental peach varieties,7 relatives of Prunus persica and Maotao(P.persica) were used as plant material to analyze the genetic relationship.Sixteen SSR markers distributed in eight linkage groups on Prunus reference map were screened,and a total of 124 legible bands were amplified with a polymorphic band percentage of 87.99%.Only one loci was amplified by each of the 16 SSR markers,and a average of 7.75 alleles were amplified per loci.Dendrogram clustered by similarity coefficient using UPGMA method showed that most of the ornamental varieties were clustered into two groups when similarity coefficient was 0.82.Group I were 12 varieties of P.persica var.duplex.Group Ⅱ were 9 P.persica var.duplex,5 P.persica var.pendula and 3 P.persica var.densa Makino,and all the weeping peach varieties were joined together in dendrogram.The other five vareiteis,Juhuatao,Huangjinmeili,Honghuazhuxingtao,Baihuazhuxingtao and fenhuazhuxigntao,were clustered outside the two main groups,moreover,the varieties with pillar shape were joined together.
