摘  要:在番木瓜夏威夷品种自交中,合子经过短暂休眠期后发育为原胚,在经历球形胚、鱼雷形胚和子叶形胚后发育为成熟胚;初生胚乳核无休眠期,其分裂先于合子,胚乳类型为细胞型。在以夏威夷品种为母本,岭南和穗中红品种分别为父本的2个杂交组合中,前者产生的种子严重败育,后者也具有相似现象。研究认为,败育的原因可以归结为雄配子与中央细胞受精不亲和进而导致没有胚乳的发育和出现,以及杂交合子发育不良最终导致胚胎败育,胚和胚乳的双双败育最终导致无法形成有生命力的种子。In the crossing experiment of Carica papaya L.that using the variety of Hawaii,we found that the zygote developed to primary embryo after resting period.The primary embryo developed to mature embryo after coming through globular embryo,torpedo-shape embryo and cotyledon-shape embryo.There was no resting period in the primary endosperm karyon whose division was prior to zygote and the endosperm was cellular type.In the crossing experiment that using the variety of Hawaii as female parent,using the varieties as male parent,the procreant seeds were badly abortive.When using the variety of Lingnan and Suizhonghong as male parent,we could also observe similar phenomenon.The studies considered that the main reason of abortion was absence of endosperm which ariseed from lacking affinity between the male gametophyte and central cell in the course of fertilizing.The other reason was that the crossing zygote developed pooly and resulted in embryo abortion.Finally the abortion of embryo and endosperm Leaded to seeds abortion.
