柴银口服液治疗反复上呼吸道感染临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨柴银口服液治疗反复上呼吸道感染的疗效及其临床意义。方法选择我院儿科门诊均符合反复上呼吸道感染的患儿120例,按随机分组原则,分为试验组(60例)和对照组(60例)。试验组给予柴银口服液,对照组给予四季抗病毒合剂。结果治疗3 d后,治疗组临床有效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患儿未发生明显的不良反应。结论柴银口服液治疗儿童反复上呼吸道感染,能明显降低发热患儿的体温,改善患儿头痛、咽痛、鼻塞、流涕、咳嗽等症状。Objective To explore the efficacy and clinical significance of Chaiyin Koufuye in recurrent upper respiratory tract infection.Methods 120 children from our Pediatric Clinic who met the requirements were chosen and then divided randomly into treatment group（60） and control group（60）.The treatment group was given Chaiyin Koufuye,and the control group received Siji anti-virus mixture.Results The response rate in the treatment group（95.0%） seemed higher than that of controlled group（91.7%） after 3-day treatment,but not statistically significant（P0.05）,and the treatment group had no side effect.Conclusion Chaiyin Koufuye′s treatment of children′s recurrent upper respiratory tract infection can reduce body temperature obviously and improve headache,sore,stuffed-up nose and cough.For children′s recurrent upper respiratory tract infection,Chaiyin Koufuye can significantly reduce the body temperature,improve the symptoms of headache,sore throat,stuffy nose,snivel and cough.
