摘　　要：目的高效液相色谱法测定脉络宁口服液中肉桂酸的含量。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(55∶45);测定波长为278 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果肉桂酸在0.04～0.4 mg/mL浓度范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999 9,平均回收率为97.6%。结论高效液相色谱法测定脉络宁口服液中肉桂酸的含量,方法简便,准确性高。Objective To determine cinnamic acid in Mailuoning mixture by HPLC.Methods With octadecvlsilane chemically bonded silica for filling agent,the proportion of mobile phase and methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid was 55∶45,the wave length was 278 nm and flow rate reached 1.0 mL/min.Results Linear relation was fine while cinnamic acid concentration was between 0.04 and 0.4 mg/mL.Correlation coefficient r=0.999 9.The average recovery was 97.6%.Conclusion The method of determining cinnamic acid in Mailuoning mixture by HPLC is both convenient and accurate.
