腹腔置管联合复方苦参注射液和顺铂治疗恶性腹腔积液的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察腹腔穿刺并单腔中心静脉导管置管引流联合腹腔内使用复方苦参注射液和顺铂治疗恶性腹腔积液的疗效和安全性。方法:将68例经病理证实的恶性腹腔积液患者分为A、B组,均行腹腔穿刺置管引流,后腹腔使用药物。A组39例患者腹腔内使用复方苦参注射液和顺铂,B组29例患者腹腔内单纯使用顺铂。观察2组的临床疗效和不良反应。结果:A组治疗恶性腹腔积液的总有效率为79.8%,显著优于B组(48.3%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者的不良反应主要为消化道反应,组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔穿刺并单腔中心静脉导管置管引流联合腹腔内使用复方苦参注射液和顺铂治疗恶性腹腔积液较单用顺铂有效。OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the efficacy and adverse drug reactions of abdominal centesis complicating with single lu- men abdominal indwelling catheter combined with compound Sophora flavescens injection and cisplatin in the treatment of malig- nant peritoneal effusion. METHODS： 68 cases of malignant peritoneal effusion confirmed by pathology were divided into 2 groups. They were all placed drain by abdominal centesis and given medicines into abdominal cavity. Observation group （group A, n--39） was given intraperitoneal injection of compound S. flavescens injection and cisplatin while group B （group B, n=29） was given in- traperitoneal injection of cisplatin alone. Clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions of 2 groups were observed. RESULTS ： The to- tal effective rate of group A was 79.8% and B group was 48,3%. There was significant difference （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： ab- dominal centesis complicating with single lumen abdominal indwelling catheter combined with compound S. flavescens injection and cisplatin is effective and safe therapy model for malignant peritoneal effusion in treating malignant peritoneal effusion,
