女贞子的药理作用及其临床应用进展

摘　　要：女贞子具有抗肿瘤、护肝、调节免疫功能、延缓衰老、抗炎和降血脂等多种药理作用。在肝炎、内分泌代谢病和反复呼吸道感染等多种疾病的临床治疗中,女贞子具有广泛的应用前景。本文通过查阅国内外相关文献,对女贞子的药理作用及其临床应用进展进行综述。Ligustri Lucidi Fructus has anti-tumor,hepatoprotection,regulating immune function,anti-senile effect,anti-inflammation,reducing hypercholesterolemia,etc.It could be used for treatment of hepatitis,endocrine and metabolic diseases,recurrent respiratory tract infections and other diseases.In this paper,the advances in research on pharmacological effects and clinical application of Ligustri Lucidi Fructus are summarized by reviewing the recent related literature at home and abroad.
