摘　　要：目的:评价新疆地区麻醉性镇痛药的应用情况及趋势。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对新疆地区5家医院2006-2009年麻醉性镇痛药的应用数据及相关指标进行统计、分析。结果:该地区的麻醉镇痛药的销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,年增长率达80%以上。盐酸哌替啶注射液的用药频度呈逐年下降趋势,吗啡制剂的用量在增加,芬太尼注射液、芬太尼贴剂的用药频度较大。结论:该地区麻醉性镇痛药的应用渐趋于合理,但仍需加强合理应用宣传。Objective：To evaluate the status and tendency of application of narcotic analgesics in Xinjiang area.Methods：In a retrospective study,the application data and the related indexes of the narcotic analgesics in 5 general hospitals in Xinjiang area during 2006-2009 were analyzed statistically.Results：The consumption sum of narcotic analgesics in this area increased year by year with an annual growth rate of more than 80%.The utilization of pethidine injection decreases,those of fentanyl preparations increased,and the dosage of morphine preparations increased.Conclusion：The application of narcotic analgesics in Xinjiang area tends to be more rational;however,its rational use remains to be further emphasized.
