摘 要:采用直流电沉积法制备了Ni纳米线,用sEM和TEM测试手段观察产物形貌,结果表明,合成的纳米线阵列具有排列有序、彼此平行等特点,XRD、EDX、sQuID测试手段研究了产物化学成份和磁学性质,实验发现,Ni纳米线的矫顽力在退火前后分别为670e和7740e。The Ni nanowires were prepared by DC electrodeposition technique using rectified porous alumina. The length of nanowire is linear with deposition time and the diameter of nanowire is determined by the pore diameter of porous alumina template. The microstructure of nanowires is studied by SEM, TEM. The results indicate that the nanowire arrays are uniform, well isolated and parallel to one another. The microstructure and chemical properties of nanowires are studied by XRD, EDX and SQUID, respectively. When the oriention of applied magnetic field is consistent with the axis of the nanowircs, the coercivity of Ni nanowire is 67 Oe and 774 Oe, respectively.
