血栓通注射液治疗心脏X综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察血栓通注射液治疗心脏X综合征(CSX)的临床疗效。方法 160例CSX患者被随机分为对照组和观察组,各80例,两组均给予常规基础治疗(以硝酸酯类药物为主),对照组加用复方丹参注射液,观察组加用血栓通注射液。比较两组患者治疗前、后临床总有效率、心电图改善情况及平板运动实验等指标。结果治疗组临床总有效率(95.0%)及心电图改善总有效率(65.0%)均显著高于对照组(80.0%;50.0%);平板运动实验总时间及ST段压低最大值时间均显著长于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血栓通注射液辅助治疗CSX,能显著改善患者临床症状及心电图变化,提高患者生活质量,疗效优于复方丹参注射液,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the efficacy of Xueshuantong injection in treatment of cardiac syndrome X（CSX）.Methods One hundred and sixty patients with CSX were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 80 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given with conventional treatment.In addition,patients in control group were given with compound Danshen injection,and patients in observation group were given with Xueshuantong injection.Results The total clinical effective rate（95.0%） and rate of ECG improvement（65.0%） in patients of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group（80.0% and 50.0%）.The treadmill exercise test time and maximum duration of ST segment depression in patients of observation group were significantly longer than those of control group,their difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of CSX with Xueshuantong injection can significantly improve clinical symptoms,quality of life and ECG changes,and it is better than that of compound Danshen injection,so it is worthy to be recommended.
