摘  要:目的观察康肾颗粒对透析前慢性肾功能衰竭患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血浆纤维蛋白原(Fbg)水平的影响。方法对2007年1月至2010年10月在深圳第六人民医院肾内科住院及门诊就诊的慢性肾功能衰竭未透析患者96例进行临床观察。按数字随机表法将入选患者随机分为两组,对照组32例按慢性肾功能衰竭综合治疗方案处理,试验组64例在综合治疗基础上,加用康肾颗粒12 g每日3次冲服,治疗时间为12周。观察治疗前后患者血清hs-CRP、Fbg及空腹血糖(FPG)、血红蛋白(Hb)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)的变化。结果治疗12周后治疗组hs-CRP、Fbg水平较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血清TC水平较治疗前下降(P<0.05),但与对照组治疗后血清TC水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论康肾颗粒可减轻透析前慢性肾功能衰竭患者微炎症状态及血液高凝状态,改善脂质代谢紊乱。Objective To observe the effects of Kangshenkeli on serum high sensitive C - reactive protein and plasmic fibrinogen of predialysis patients with chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods A total of 96 patients with chronic renal failure, who were treated in our hospital during Jan 2007 to Oct 2010 without dialysis, were included in the present study and randomly divided into two groups. The control group (32 cases) were treated based on routine therapy for CRF, and the experimental gxoup (64 cases) were treated with Kangshenkeli 12 g a time, 3 times per day in addition to routine therapy for CRF. Serum high sensitive C - reactive protein ( hs - CRP), plasmic fibrinogen ( Fbg), fasting plasma glucose ( FPG), hemoglobin(Hb) , total cholesterol(TC) and triacylglycerol(TG) before and after treatment were measured. Results After 3 months of treath,ent, compared with before treatment, serum hs - CRP and plasmic Fbg level were decreased in experimental group ( P 〈 0.05 ). There were still significant differences of these two targets in experimental group as compared with control group after treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ). Serum level of TC was decreased in experimental group after treatment( P 〈0.05 ). However, no significant difference of serum TC level was found between experimental group and control group after treatment ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Kangshenkeli may decrease micro - inflammatory states and hypercoagulable states, improve dyslipidemia in predialysis CRF patients.
