摘　　要：目的探讨应用解剖型双钢板技术治疗肱骨远端C型骨折的临床疗效。方法2007年6月至2010年5月应用解剖型双钢板内固定技术治疗肱骨远端C型骨折13例，其中C1型7例，C2型4例，C3型2例。观察手术治疗效果。结果所有患者均获得3—15个月（平均7．2个月）随访，骨折均一期愈合。愈合时间9～17周，平均12．7周，无一例患者出现内固定松动及骨折再移位。所有患者按肘关节功能评分（Meps）标准评定：优5例，良6例，可2例，优良率84．6％。结论应用解剖型双钢板内固定技术治疗肱骨远端C型骨折可以获得早期坚强的内固定，术后可尽早功能锻炼，有利于肘关节功能恢复，疗效满意。Objective To study the clinical effect of anatomic double - plate internal fixation in treatment of type - C fractures of distal humerus. Methods Thirteen cases of distal humerus fracture type - C underwent open reduction and internal fixation with anatomic double plate, including 7 cases with type - C1,4 with type - C2 and 2 with type - C3. Results All these cases were followed up for 3 to 15 months with an average of 7.2 months. The fractures in all cases reached healing by first intention, the healing time was from 9 to 17 weeks with average of 12.7 weeks. There was no loosening of internal fixation and fracture displacement occurred in these patients. According to Mago elbow performance score （ Meps ）, there was excellent in 5 cases, good in 6, common in 2, and the excellent and good rate was 84.6%. Conclusion Treatment of type - C fractures of distal humerus with anatomic double - plate internal fixation can get strong early fixation, and it allows early postoperative functional exercise for the early recovery of elbow joint function, thus its effectiveness is very satisfactory.
