养阴清肺汤保留灌肠预防术后肺部感染的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨养阴清肺汤保留灌肠在预防老年患者上腹部术后肺部感染中的作用。方法对老年上腹部手术患者术后应用养阴清肺汤保留灌肠,观察患者肺部感染发生率及肺部症状。结果养阴清肺汤组有3例发生了肺部感染,而生理盐水组有8例发生肺部感染,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论养阴清肺汤保留灌肠,能有效地降低上腹部手术患者术后肺部感染的发生率。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of retention enema of Yangyin qingfei decoction on post- operative pulmonary infection in elderly patients with epigastric surgery. METHODS The elderly patients received epigastric surgeries were treated by retention enema of Yangyin qingfei decoction, and the incidence rates of pulmonary infection and pulmonary symptom were observed. RESULTS There were 3 patients who had pulmonary infection in the treatment group, while there were 8 patients in the control group. There was a significant difference between 2 groups （P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION Retention of enema of Yangyin qingfei decoction is an effective method to reduce the post-operative pulmonary infection in elderly patients with epigastric surgery.
