14所医院血液透析室医院感染管理调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解14所医院血液透析室医院感染管理现状,提出管理对策。方法根据《医疗机构血透室管理规范》等进行现场调查。结果 57.1%医院血液透析室布局流程不合理,35.7%医院隔离透析区管理不规范,78.6%医院B液配制设备消毒不符合要求,57.1%医院透析机内部消毒方法不正确,71.4%医院职能部门督查不力,71.4%医院未开展血液透析相关感染病例监控。结论行政主管部门依法督查,医院给予资金支持,开展前瞻性监控是预防感染的关键。OBJECTIVE To find out the current situation of hospital infection management.of hemodialysis rooms in 14 hospitals, to propose management strategies. METHODS Field investigation was performed according to the Management Regulations of Medical Institution Hemodialysis Rooms. RESULTS Layout and process for working in 57.1% hospital hemodialysis rooms were unreasonable, of 35.7 % hospital the isolated dialysis plots didn＇t have standardized management, B-solution preparation instrument disinfection in 78. 6% hospitals didn＇t meet requirement, dialysis machine inner disinfection methods in 57. 1% hospitals were incorrect, 71.4% hospitals＂ functional departments had ineffective supervision, 71.4% hospitals didn＇t carry out blood dialysis related infection control. CONCLUSION Administrative responsible institutions superintending according to the regulations, funding support from hospitals and development of forward-looking monitoring are the key factors for the prevention of hemodialysis related infections.
