摘　　要：目的探讨JCI标准运用于控制老年病房深静脉置管相关感染中的实施效果。方法运用JCI标准的先进管理理念,建立一套完整的、系统的、持续改进的护理工作流程,并进行护理质量监测。结果通过将JCI标准导入深静脉置管护理之中,建立以JCI为标准的护理操作流程,降低了相关感染的发生率;延长了导管留置时间;降低了医疗护理成本;增加了医患满意率。结论 JCI标准运用深静脉置管护理之中,是一种安全、有效、持续改进的科学方法。OBJECTIVE To investigate the incidence of deep venous catheterization related infection after using the JCI （Joint commission International） standards in nurse. METHODS We use the advanced management concepts of JCI, which had standard process, to create a complete, systematic and continuously improved process of deep venous catheterization nurse, and the quality of the nursing was monitored. RESULTS By implementing the process management in deep venous catheterization nurse, the incidence of catheterization related infection was reduced, the retention time for deep venous catheters was extended, and patients＇ and doctors＇ satisfaction were increased. CONCLUSION Using process management in deep venous catheterizations is a safe and effective scientific management method, which can continuously improve the quality of nursing.
