摘　　要：目的探讨输血科血液感染的危险因素,制定相应的预防对策,防止医院感染,提高医疗质量安全。方法从科室生物和个人安全防护两个方面,减少免疫性输血风险和输血感染性风险,确定输血科在医院感染方面的关键环节。结果输血科达到严格遵守各项规章制度,严格执行操作常规,规范管理医疗废物,提高工作人员手卫生的依从性,减少医院感染的发生。结论强化输血科对医院感染工作重要性的认识,健全管理制度,加强监督力度,可以有效预防与控制输血科医院感染的发生。OBJECTIVE To investigate the risk factors of blood infection in blood transfusion department, to formulate some relevant measures to prevent the occurrence of hospital infection and improve the safety of medical quality. METHODS By analyzing the biosafty protection in blood transfusion department and the personal biosafety protection, reducing the risk of immune response transfusion and blood transfusion infection, the main component elements of hospital infection in blood transfusion department were determined. RESULTS The operation procedure was performed conscientiously, the specimens were disposed safely, the standard management of the medical wastes was strengthened, the clinical sharp instrument injuries were reduced. The occurrence of hospital infection in blood transfusion department was effectively controlled. CONCLUSION By strengthening the awareness of the importance of nosocomial infection, the management organizations, various systems and knowledge training, the occurrence of hospital infection in blood transfusion department can be prevented and controlled effectively.
