摘　　要：目的探讨科室联系制度在消毒供应中心质量管理工作中的应用,且对持续改进提高消毒供应中心工作的效果进行分析。方法通过实行科室联系制度,加强临床科室对供应中心的质量监管,加强沟通。结果实施科室联系制度前后供应中心回收清洗、包装、无菌物品发放质量进行比较,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);供应中心年度满意率有明显上升的趋势,由82.87%升至93.33%。结论通过建立科室联系制度,加强与科室沟通,有利于提高消毒供应中心的工作质量。OBJECTIVE To discuss the application of communication system in Central Sterile supply department, and analyze the effect on improving continuously the quality of service in central sterile supply department. METHODS Through implement of the communication system, clinical quality supervision to central sterile supply department was enhanced, and the department communication was strengthened. RESULTS The quality of washing, assembly and packing, as well as sterilized items distribution before and after implementing the communication system were compared, and the statistical analysis showed that there was statistical significance （P 〈0.01）, the annual satisfaction rate to central sterile supply department had obvious increasing trend, increasing from 82.87% to 93.33%. CONCLUSION To establish the communication system and department communications is beneficial to improve the working quality in central sterile supply department.
