摘  要:目的了解新生儿病区的病原菌分布及其耐药性,为有效预防和控制新生儿医院感染提供依据。方法对新生儿病区2009年4月-2011年3月,临床标本分离培养的细菌及耐药情况进行调查分析。结果共检出病原菌290株,其中革兰阳性菌174株占60.00%,革兰阴性菌106株占36.55%,真菌10株占3.45%,产ESBLs的肺炎克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌分别为62.96%、38.89%,MRSA检出率为50.00%。结论通过病原学监测,了解细菌分布及其耐药趋势,对合理选择抗菌药物,控制耐药菌株产生,有效预防新生儿感染有重要意义。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical distribution characteristics and drug resistances of pathogens in neonatal ward. METHODS A retrospective investigation was made for the clinical pathogens as well as the drug resistance in neonatal ward from Apr 2009 to Mar 2011. RESULTS A total of 290 strains of pathogens were isolated from samples, which included 174 strains of G+ bacteria (60. 00%) and 106 strains of G bacteria (36.55%) and 2 strains of fungi (3. 45%). The rates of Klebsiella pneumooniae, Escherichia coli which produced ESBLs were 62.96% and 38.89 %. The detection rate of MRSA was 50.00%. CONCLUSION Inspecting pathogens and studying the trend of drug resistance are important for selecting antibiotics rationally, reducing infection incidence, and decreasing the occurrence of drug resistant strains in neonatal ward.
