摘  要:目的了解冀中地区泌尿生殖道标本中解脲脲支原体(Uu)和人支原体(Mh)致病机制及药物敏感性分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用支原体属培养、鉴定、计数及药敏一体化测试盒对185例在医院性病门诊疑似非淋球菌尿道炎的就诊患者进行检测分析。结果 185例泌尿生殖道支原体属感染患者标本中,其中Uu对12种抗菌药物敏感性较高的是交沙霉素、克拉霉素、多西环素,敏感率分别为97.3%、96.4%、93.7%;Mh对12种抗菌药物敏感性较高的是多西环素、交沙霉素,敏感率分别为96.6%、93.2%;UU+MH混合感染显示对药物的耐药率均比单纯UU感染耐药高。结论医院治疗支原体属感染首选交沙霉素、多西环素,为临床合理、有效治疗提供了试验数据。OBJECTIVE To understand the genitourinary tract Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and Mycoplasrna horninis (Mh) infection status, and analyze pathogenesis and drug sensitivity, and provide reference for clinical rational use of antibiotics. METHODS Mycoplasma cultivation, appraisal, counting and drug susceptibility test were tested in 185 patients in our hospital STD clinic suspected urethritis coccus infection. RESULTS Totally 185 cases of mycoplasma infection samples, of which Uu were highly sensitive to 12 antimicrobial agents, including josamycin ( 97. 3%), doxycycline ( 93. 6%), clarithromycin ( 96. 4%). M. horninis susceptibility to 12 antimicrobial agents was higher doxycycline (93. 7%) and josamycin (93. 2%), UU + MH mixed infection showed the drug resistance of both Uu infection than simply high resistance. CONCLUSION The first choice of josamycin, doxycycline to treat mycoplasma infection in our hospital provides testing data for reasonable and effective therapy in clinics.
