摘  要:目的检测人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)在宫颈腺癌组织中的感染程度和病毒分型。方法采用PCR反向线点杂交和测序方法检测67例宫颈腺癌组织中HPV分型。结果宫颈腺癌和腺鳞癌组织中HPV-DNA的总阳性率为86.9%;HPV16、HPV18和HPV31是较常见高危型,构成比分别占32.3%、16.1%和16.1%,各类型HPV构成比差异无统计学意义;HPV阳性宫颈腺癌中,单一类型HPV感染占77.4%,多重HPV感染占22.6%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.645,P<0.01)。结论高危型HPV感染与宫颈腺癌发生相关,单一类型HPV感染较多重感染常见;虽然HPV16和HPV18型占大多数,但未发现某一型别HPV在宫颈腺癌组织中占主导地位。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the types of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in cervical adenocarcinoma. METHODS We detected and identified HPV in 67 lesions using PCR, reverse line blot hybridization and sequence methods. RESULTS The total positive rate of HPV DNA detected by PCR in cervical adenocarcinoma and adenosquamous carcinoma was 86.9%. HPV16, HPV18 and HPV31 were the most common high risk types and the constituent ratios were 32.3 %, 16.1 % and 16.1%, respectively. There was no significant difference among the constituent ratios. In HPV-positive cervical adenocarcinoma, single HPV infections accounted for 77.4 %, whereas multiple HPV 22.6 %. It showed a significant difference (X^2 = 18. 645,P〈0.01). CONCLUSION The high risk type of HPV is associated with cervical adenocarcinoma. Single infection was more common than multiple infections. No single type of HPV play a predominated role even if HPV16 and HPV18 are the major types.
