摘　　要：本文对在眼科治疗护理操作过程中,造成散瞳剂误滴差错发生的潜在危险因素,从主观到客观做了详尽的分析,并阐述相应的预防措施。指出从主观上做到对病人病情了解,做好查对制度,工作全面系统化是杜绝此类差错发生的根本。总结了散瞳剂误滴后的急救护理,强调心理支持的重要作用。This paper analysed on the subjective and objective and objective latent danger facter that slip up in 1 % Atropine mydriatic drop in ophthalmic nursing practice, and expounded the appropriate precautionary measures. It showed that the cardinal principle of wall up this fault subjectively the nurses should understand the patient's conditions, carried out check regulations, put overall systemic approach into practice. It has sumarized the emergency nursing of this fault and emphasized important action of psychological support.
