摘　　要：糖尿病患者常伴有胃肠运动功能障碍,被称为糖尿病性胃轻瘫。胃十二指肠测压是诊断糖尿病胃轻瘫的一种新方法,本文通过对51例糖尿病患者和15例正常人胃十二指肠测压的护理,体会为:检测前做好病人的心理护理,缓解紧张情绪是检测成功的关键。Abnormal gastrointestinal motility, such as diabetic gastroparesis, is common in diabetes. Gastroduodenal manometry is a new method for the diagnosis of diabetic gastroparesis. This article sums up the nursing experience of 51 diabetic patients (NIDDM) and 15 healthy volunteers with Gastroduodenal manometry, which introduced that good psychological care before the examination is very important for a successful result.
