Evaluation on Salt-Tolerance of Four Coastal Tree Species

摘  要:基于室内盐胁迫处理试验,观察分析耐旱桑、果桑、胡杨、柽柳4个树种受盐害影响发生的生理变化,结果表明:叶片受盐害症状以耐旱桑表现最严重,其后从重到轻依次是果桑、胡杨、柽柳;随着盐胁迫质量分数的提高,光合作用受抑制加剧,耐旱桑和果桑受盐害影响较重且差异不显著,柽柳次之,胡杨受盐害影响最轻;叶绿素质量浓度随着盐胁迫质量分数增大整体呈降低趋势;盐胁迫处理使各树种的叶片脯氨酸质量分数均高于对照组,且随着盐胁迫处理质量分数的升高成倍数增长;用隶属函数法评价4个供试树种的耐盐性,耐盐性由强到弱的顺序为胡杨、柽柳、耐旱桑、果桑。An indoor salt-stress experiment on Morus alba ' Naihan' , Moru.; alba ' Guo' , Populus euphratica and Tamarix chinensis was conducted to analyze the physiological changes of the four tree species, in order to provide basle information and scientific basis for afforestation in coastal saline-alkali soil. The leaves of M. alba ' Naihan' showed the most serious symptom under salt stress, followed by M. alba ' Guo' , P. euphratica and T. chinensis. With increasing salt concentration, the photosynthesis of the four tree species was more seriously inhibited. M. alba ' Naihan' and M. alba ' Guo' were more badly injured by salinity, and no obvious difference was observed. The injury degree of T. chinensis took second place, and the next one was P. euphratiea. The content of chlorophyll showed a decreased tendency with increasing salt concentration. The proline contents in the leaves of the four tree species under salt stress were all higher than that of the control group and multiplied under high salt stress. Subordinate funetion analysis shows that the salt-tolerance of P. euphratica is the best, followed by T. ehinensis, M. alba ' Naihan' and M. alba ' Guo'.
