摘　　要：目的评价单纯孕激素避孕埋植剂Norplant在我国妇女中使用的效果及副反应。方法1984年始在12个中心及其分中心接受使用Norplant避孕的妇女共有10718名，采用前瞻性方法进行5年观察；其中部分妇女继续使用至7年，对使用7年的临床效果进行观察。结果在第5年时的年妊娠率为0．63／100妇女。共有7554名妇女使用满5年，3622名妇女使用满6年，2433名妇女使用满7年。第6、7年的年妊娠率均为0.40/100妇女。妊娠率随体重增加而增加（P＜0.05），随年龄的增长而降低。月经紊乱为终止的主要原因。常见的非月经副反应有头痛、眩晕和体重增加，没有重大或严重的副反应。5年的继续使用率为72．1／100妇女，年龄在30岁以上、体重小于60kg者可使用至7年。结论Norplant埋植避孕法为高度有效、长效、可逆、简便、安全的避孕方法，已为我国妇女所接受。Objective To assess the efficacy, safety of Norplant implants used by Chinese women.Method In a prospective, multicenter clinical trial, 10 718 women receiving Norplant implants were monitoted annually through 5 years and Part of women contirnuously used the implants up to 7 years. Results The five-year pregnancy rate was 0. 63/100 users. 7 554 women completed 5 years, 3 622 women completed 6 years and 2 433 women completed 7 years. The annual pregnancy rates were 0. 40/100 users in both year 6 and year 7. The pregnancy rates increased with weigh (P ＜ 0. 05) and decreased with age. The menstrual disturbances were common, also the main reason for discontinuation. Headache, dizziness and weigh gain led to termination more frequently than did other adverse events apeart from menstrual disturbanes. The 5-year continuaion rate was 72. 1/ 100 users. Among women aged＞ 30 and weigh ＜ 60 kg, the implants may be used for 7 years. Conclusion It's proved tha the Norplant implants is a highly effective, long acting, safe, simple and reversible contraceptive method, and it is acceptable in Chinese women.
