陕西省杨树水泡型溃疡病地理分布及寄主抗病性调查

摘  要:对陕西省不同地区的5个杨树品种进行了杨树水泡型溃疡病(Dothiorella gregaria),结果显示:同一地区不同杨树品种之间抗病性呈显著性差异,关中地区杨树水泡型溃疡病抗病性由强到弱依次为:中林美荷杨、84K杨、107杨、毛白杨。同一杨树品种在不同气候区的溃疡病病情指数也呈显著性差异。毛白杨水泡型溃疡病总体上在关中地区发病较重,在铜川以北地区较轻。84K杨在宝鸡眉县发病情况较轻,而在铜川耀州发病较严重。杨树溃疡病的病情指数与杨树胸径(树龄)及其所处立地条件之间的相关性不显著。The investigation of Dothiorella gregaria of poplar involving five varieties from different areas in Shaanxi Province showed that the resistances of different poplar species to D. gregaria varied significantly (p〈0.05) in the same area. The resistance of Populus deltoids x P. nigra was the highest in Middle Shaanxi, followed by P. alba xP. glandulosa, Populus × euramericana cv. ‘74/76' and P. tomentosa. The disease index of the same poplar species varied significantly (p〈0.05) among different climatic zones. P. tomentosa in Middle Shaanxi was more seriously infected with D. gregaria than that in the north of Tongchuan. P. alba × P. glandulosa was slightly infected with D. gregaria in Mei County of Baoji, but P. alba × P. glandulosa was badly infected in Yaozhou District of Tongchuan. There was not significant correlation between canker disease index and diameter at breast height (tree age) of poplar or site conditions.
