摘　　要：分析了GIS技术应用、服务于濒危野生动物资源管理领域的背景,以濒危野生动物资源管理相关部门应用需求为基础,提出了基于GIS技术的濒危野生动物资源管理地理信息服务系统架构设计、数据库设计,总结了系统4项关键技术的应用。采用VB6.0程序设计开发工具、SQLSERVER数据库软件及MapX GIS开发控件,完成了黑龙江省濒危野生动物资源管理地理信息服务试验系统的开发。系统展示的专题图分析功能科学实用,能够为森工野生动物资源管理提供有效的空间可视化技术服务支持。The background of GIS technology applied to the resource management of endangered wildlife is analyzed in this paper. Designs of architecture for geographic information service system and database are put forward on the basis of the application requirement of resource management of endangered wildlife. Four key technological systems are summarized. The development of GIS service system for the resource management of endangered wildlife in Heilongjiang Province is realized using VB6.0 software development tool, SQLSERVER database and MapX GIS control. Thematic map of the system shows the scientific and practical features, which could provide effective visualization technology services for the resource management of endangered wildlife in forestry industry.
