我国基本药物系统SD模型构建与政策干预的研究

摘　　要：文章在构建基本药物系统逻辑模型的基础上,确定了状态变量、速率变量、辅助变量和常量,利用DYNAMO方程式表示变量之间的函数关系,建立了状态方程、速率方程、辅助方程和常量方程,定量描述系统构成、系统行为和系统主体相互作用机制。文章依据各变量在现实系统中的取值情况,对模型中参数进行了假设,进一步对模型进行模拟分析并提出相关干预政策。The paper determines the state variables,rate variables,auxiliary variables and constants based on the logic model of essential medicines.It sets up the state equation,rate equations,auxiliary equation and the constant equation,and quantitatively describes the system structure,system behavior and system interaction mechanism,using DYNAMO equation for the functional relation between variables.According to the variables in the real system,it assumes the parameters of the model and further studies the model for simulation.Meanwhile,the paper puts forward some relative policy intervention.
