摘 要:针对螺旋扁管壁面温度难于准确测试的特点,提出采用线性曲线回归与非线性曲线回归相结合的方法进行管内传热系数计算。进行了光管与螺旋扁管管内对流传热实验,并用该方法计算管内对流传热系数。光管传热系数计算值与经典公式的大偏差小于6%。螺旋扁管管内传热系数的计算值略大于通过测量壁温获得的传热系数值,分析了二者存在差异的原因。组合曲线回归法可避免壁温测量过程产生的误差,提高测试结果的准确度。In consideration of the difficulty in measuring the wall temperature of spiral fiat tubes accurately, a linear - nonlinear combined curvilinear regression method was introduced to calculate the heat transfer coefficient in tubes. The inside tube convective heat transfer experiment of round tube and spiral flat tube was conducted and the method was utilized to calculate the tube side heat transfer coefficient. The calculated heat transfer coefficient of a round tube had a 6% deviation with the value by classical computing formula. The calculated heat transfer coefficient of spiral fiat tubes was slightly larger than the valve obtained by measuring the wall temperature, and the reason of the difference was analyzed. The combined curve fitting method can eliminate the error caused by wall temperature measurement and further improve the accuracy of test results.
