摘　　要：图书馆战略规划的影响因素包括内部影响因素与外部影响因素,对影响因素的分析,是战略规划制定不可或缺的一环。经过全国性的问卷调查,图书馆战略规划的内部影响因素可分为:资源、服务、资产、组织状况四类,外部影响因素可分为:宏观环境、读者、社会因素三类,据此设计图书馆战略规划影响因素模型。The influencing factors in library＇s strategic planning process include two parts： internal factors and external factors.The analysis of the influencing factors is a necessary step in library＇s strategic planning＇s making.After the questionnaire investigation,the thesis divides the internal factors of strategic planning into four parts： resources,services,assets and organizational situation while divides the external factors of strategic planning into three parts： macro-environment,readers and social elements.In the end the authors design a model of library strategic planning＇s factors.
