驱白巴布期胶囊治疗豚鼠实验性白癜风作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察驱白巴布期胶囊对豚鼠实验性白癜风的疗效。方法采用氢醌化学脱色法制造豚鼠实验性白癜风模型,将模型豚鼠给予不同剂量的驱白巴布期胶囊。治疗结束后,采用多巴和铁染色观察黑素细胞及黑色颗粒的变化,免疫组织化学切片法观察酪氨酸酶含量变化。结果实验后各剂量驱白巴布期胶囊给药组及预防组黑素细胞计数与模型组比较,明显升高(P<0.01),基底含黑素颗粒细胞计数与模型组比较也显著提高(P<0.01);酪氨酸酶表达与模型组比较也显著升高(P<0.01)。结论驱白巴布期胶囊可提高白癜风动物模型表皮黑素细胞、基底含黑素颗粒细胞,同时可促进白癜风动物模型酪氨酸酶表达的增高。Objective To study the curative effect of victoria medicine qubaibabuqi capsule on experimental vitiligo in guinea pigs. Methods The animal model of vitiligo was prepared by decolourization process of hydroquinone production,then the model animals were treated with different doses of qubaibabuqi capsule.After the medical treatment,dopamine and iron staining were used for observing the changes of melanocytes and black granules,and immunohistochemisty was used to test the content of tyrosine. Results Compared with the model group,the count of melanocytes and basal cells with black pigment particles and the tyrosine＇s expression in the treatment groups were significantly higher by the end of experiment（P0.01）. Conclusion The victoria medicine qubaibabuqi capsule can increase epidermal melanocytes and production of black granules and enhance the expression of tyrosine.
